ON GOING CONCERN: N5000 NOTE TO BE RESERVED FOR BANKS AND HEAVY CASH USERS With the public outcry against the introduction of the higher denomination of N5000 note into the economy by the CBN, the Federal government has given some clarification on the contentious issue. According to the National Planning Minister Shamsudeen Usman “The N5000 note unlike some people misrepresent, is not going to lead to higher inflation.
