We are currently recruiting a Graduate Trainee, who will be responsible for supporting the Care & Support Worker in providing personal care, and general related support to adults. They will work flexibly to ensure individual needs are met whilst maximising independence and choice and respecting privacy and dignity.
Essential Criteria:
• Experience of providing home care/personal care and support to vulnerable people.
• Understanding of the Service User group
• Knowledge of health & safety issues relating to care and support of vulnerable people
• Ability to work flexibly to meet Service User and service requirements
• Availability for working unsocial hours, weekends and public holidays on a rota basis
• Ability to undertake moving and handling tasks.
Desirable Criteria:
• Knowledge of the welfare benefits system
• Experience of working with the Service User group
