The first step in getting a solution is telling us what email service you are using? And how are you accessing it? Is it from the provider's web interface, or from a handheld device (mobile phone) or from a desktop mail client (outlook, thunderbird)?? Answer these firstly. |

From both desktop and phone.its askin of security questions i dont knw bcause d mail was opend 4 me 12yrs ago so u c.is there a way i kan enter my inbox 2ru facebok or hw can i just view my inbox,like it shud just ask of old and new password.its urgent |

Maybe the email you sending the message to does not exist. Check what the response if it failed permanently which means it doesnt exist. |
