Hello, i need information  on 4 bedroom twin duplex with all room en suite plus fence, new house, never been painted, i can't give measurement as i'm not in Nigeria but will be soon, i need a rough estimate as per how much labour and paints (roughly how much litres and cost) will cost before i call,  many thanks

and more importantly we have to inspect the duplex.if you can arrange for a representative in Nigeria to take us on tour of the building,it will be better off.

Thanks for replying, i would have love a rough estimate as i wouldn't want to waste your time going all the way to lekki, in your other reply you said you'll charge 75000 naira per duplex (labour) would you consider 50000 naira.

we travell out of lagos to work, place like asaba ,abeokuta,benin and so on . we are still holding one project at AGUGI

each duplex.
firstly, we are risking the job we never see by telling u the price online but we cant risk the estimate of paints u are
going to used on each duplex. that is why we need to know the size of each duplex.

let us help u by giving u tip on how u can tell us the size of each room in the duplex.
1] a slate ie one ceiling is 4feet by length or brength.
2] calculate how many slate in a room .

that we make us know the size of each room in one duplex then we just made an estimate for u

Thanks for replying, i'll see what can be done about the measurement, i'll let you know when it's been done. I also need your opinion, should the flooring be done before or after painting (tiles)?
