They above verse of the bible is mostly quoted to back arguement that the bible is not in support of polygamy. It was obvious that Adam and Efe were the only exixting being then. Someo Other prophets that came after married more than one wife and it was never in the bible that God was angry with them, curse them or destroy them like the people of Noah and Sodom and Gomorrah.

If God forbid polygamy right from the time HE created the World, all his prophet would have abide to the rule of the LORD, yet thy perform miracles with HIS permission.
Even Jesus Christ never condem polygamy during his preaching through out his era.

I believe the british and americans just want us to believe that other peoples way of live is babaric. Africans, Asians and even some early generation of the so called westerners are known to practice polygamy.

So while condeming polygamy if the bible does not forbid it?

Why no Paul? I thought Paul's teachings were critical to Christianity.

Paul came 25 years after the depart of Jesus, he is no different from our present days pastors. Proof through a prophet of God will better in this situation.
