We are into poultry & catfish farming. Currently we are relocating from our Mangoro farm near Egbeda area of Lagos to our permanent site at Ikorodu, Lagos. In view of this expansion,partners / investors are invited to join us & strengthens our finances in order to take full advantage of the newly expanded farm potentials. So far, the farm has been able to remain in productive business for about 2 years and we have more buyers than our present production capacity hence this expansion. The business has acquired Landed property worth about N1.2Million with complete title documents including the C of O among other facilities which are available for inspection to any interested partner/investors. Our Re-circulatory Aquatic Pound system is a unique and modern system that enhances bio-security, space economy and growth of aquatic life and delivers good returns on investment. The farm has contracted the services of 2 outstanding practising farm consultants to help with farm design, health management and marketing. As a partner, your investment is therefore secured and the land stands as a guarantor for whatever amount you invest in the business.

AMOUNT REQUIRED
FROM N250,000 TO NI,OOO,OOO. (more than one investor will be accepted but total capital needed not exceeding N1,000,000)

If an individual invest upto N400,000: he becomes a co-owner of the business for 2 years and share 40% of the net profit. he also has unlimited access to the farm and can recommend an individual for employment in the farm as his eye on the business.

PAYBACK PERIOD:
Pay back in full including your returns on capital(profit) within 5 -6 months from when you invest with us.
