Please i need to update my new blackberry playbook but I don't have access to wifi connection. Can anybody in the house be of help.

What type of Blackberry do you have. If you have OS 7 you can use it as WIFI source. You can get a friend with WIFI source like MIFI or get a dlink, you also need a fast internet cause the file is heavy araound 350MB

Yes!!! The above answer is the best and only option you have @ the moment..... if you already have a data plan on your laptop,create an hotspot with it (you need not have a mifi , you may use "Connectify " to create a wireless hotspot, then do what you wanna do.

Another option is to download the offline upgrade file on your laptop then update using the blackberry manager.

The first option is safer,but the 2nd option is faster and easier.
