Yes it will, it's more like formatting your hardisk but leaving all the drivers and software that came with your system intact. You could run a backup or move all documents to a storage device or to the recovery drive on your system. |

You could run a backup or move all documents to a storage device or to the recovery drive on your system.Recovery drive/partition on most systems are either read-only or user inaccessible. Thus, I doubt he can move files there. Preferably, I would suggest you get an external storage device (USB pen drive or external hard drive) to copy your files to. |
