Summary: Equipment shown here is used for continuously making sandwich panels with the facing layer (s) of color steel or galvanized sheet and the core material of polyurethane. Whole equipment is divided into PU insulation part and Facing sheet profiling part. This line is easy to operate, high productivity, and reasonable price. Suitable for making roof wall color coated pu insulated sandwich panels and cool room insulated panels. Whole line adopt PLC program control, with the communication module and inverter synchronization, highly automatically. Main machine adopt touch screen, simple operation. Productin line from uncoiler, roll forming, pu foaming, solidifying, automatically cutting, runout table ( opetional: auto stacker, auto packing ) to realize the auotmatically production process.
