You are to note the following:

University, Ifetedo Campus, Ifetedo, Osun State.
c) Social Sciences Programme: Centre for Pre-Degree Studies,
Osun State University, Okuku Campus, Okuku, Osun State

5) The fees payable are as stated below:
a) Acceptance fees: #10,000.00
b) Tuition fees: #75,000.00
c) Caution fees: #10,000.00
The above fees which amount to #95,000.00 must be paid in FULL before
resumption.

6) The above stated fees are to be paid to any of the branches of
MAINSTREET BANK (formerly AFRIBANK) and the details of the Account

B. PLACEMENT INTO DEGREE PROGRAMMES
You are also to note that upon successful completion of the programme,
candidates who would have opportunities of being placed in 100 level MUST
a) make up for any deficiency to possess 5 relevant ‘O’ level credits to
include English Language for Arts; and English Language and
Mathematics for Science and Social Sciences at NOT more than two
sittings before the 2013/2014 admission exercise.
b) obtain satisfactory scores in the 2013/2014 UTME3080

3) Documents required for registration:
i) Original Letter of Admission with two (2) photocopies
ii) Original Acceptance Clearance Form with (2) photocopies (can only be printed
upon full payment of fees).
iii) Original ‘O’ level Certificates with two (2) photocopies
iv) Two (2) copies of evidence of registration for the 2013/2014 UTME(i.e.
2013/2014 UTME registration slip)
v) Original school receipt of full payment of fees with two (2) photocopies
vi) Duly completed registration form with one (1) photocopy (Registration forms are
to be obtained from the Pre-Degree Office)
vii) Duly completed record form with one (1) photocopy (Record forms are to be
obtained from the Pre-Degree Office)
viii) Original medical report with two (2) photocopies. Medical tests are to be done at
the College of Health Sciences, UNIOSUN, Osogbo Main Campus.
ix) Original birth certificates/declaration of age with two (2) photocopies
x) Original Local Government Identification with two (2) photocopies
xi) Original tax clearance with two (2) photocopies
