The National Universities Commission (NUC) has received a call circular from UNESCO, through the Nigerian National Commission for UNESCO, for the 2013 UNESCO-Aschberg Bursaries for Artists Programme for interested creative writers, musicians, and visual artists between the ages of 25 and 35 years old. The objective of the programme is to promote creativity, as well as cultural exchanges for artists to enrich their experience through contact with other cultures. http://www./324163224302143/?fref=ts |
