Field Service Engineers
• Must be able to carry out TPMSmaintenance as per recommendations. Must demonstrate ability to install and commission complex lines independently.
• Must demonstrate good working knowledge of PLC’s and good Customer Skills.
• 3-5 year cognate experience

Job Descriptions- Technical Key Account Manager,

Technical Key Account Manager (TKAM)-
- Member of the Technical Services Division
- Reports to Technical Director
- Qualifications could be from commercial/marketing, engineering (electrical/mechanical/mechatronics) or project management, preference is engineering and commercial.
- 5 years work experience in technical environment, including key account management, FMCG environment preferable
- Location, Nigeria (Lagos) but travel in West Africa expected, ability to speak French a distinct advantage.
Key Result Areas:
• Active member of KAM team
• Responsible for customer operational performance objectives and KPI’s
• Sets, monitor and implement sales and profit targets for service products
• Define and implement technical service (TS) action plans
• Plan, monitor and follow up maintenance activities
• Participate in local TS market/sales planning
• Identify service parts (SP) sales opportunities based on understanding of customer business
• Complete sales of SP with KAM team
• Maximise TP system performance
• Drive regular meetings with customer to drive resolution of customer issues, first point of contact with customer technical team, evaluate customer staff capabilities and suggest closure of gaps, reduce customer operational costs
• Additional responsibilities of market company and cluster level (west Africa) may be added depending on experience of candidate.
