I have tried all d chargers in my house: Power cord Usb My neiGhboursfriends and associate Yet d fone no gree charge It just shows the plugged in icon and then changes to d liGhtning icon for a few seconds and stops charGing. I have reset it many times and no soluiton. 0S is 7.1 |

If you have tried alternate chargers and it is still not charging, you probably have faulty charging port. All hope is not lost, get a desktop charger,the two dots @ the bottom of your phone are not for decoration, but charging points. Your phone sits in the charger, and chargers as normal. If your usb port is faulty, the only issue you might have is if your phone's software crashes and you need to reinstall. 2 Likes |
