This has happened 4 times in 2 weeks now and so far they have stolen a thousand naira. They just erased my account yet again, now who can I complain to whn this is a weekend and even at that your cusomer service is so crappy and is never available?Pls if you(glo)cannot afford promos STOP! Instead of robbing innocent subscribers to keep up with ur stupid awoof. Which we are paying for unknowingly. Mscheew! |

Lol Airtel did the same thing with my Dad's line. He sent a code pertaining to all these their chancy promos. Since then, whenever he recharges, it is swapping of credits. He has since stopped recharging the said line. |

I'l just go to their office and ask them to erase whatever promo code is active on my fone. It's insanity and I can't evn enjoy my BIS cos u cnt use ur BIS on glo if u don't have @ least 50 naira on ur fone. I feel like. Slapping som1 rily, still pissed! Thx ald same for ur contribution. D@ helps |
