Too much negativity in Nigeria these days: Aluu, Mubi, Boko Haram, ghosts from The Civil War, government incompetence, citizens' stupidity e.t.c. As a result I have decided to create this thread so we can all have something good to laugh over. Moderators, please move it to the front page.

Brazilians love football, samba, carnival and beautiful women, but only a few people know how crazy they are about perfectly shaped derrieres until now when the highly competitive Miss Bumbum pageant took the world by storm.

This year’s edition has attracted over 500 participants with a grand-finale to take place later in November in Sao Paulo, when a panel of judges will get to the bottom of what it takes to be the pageant winner.

Last year’s crown went to Rossana Ferreira, a model by profession who was awarded $5,000.

Some have argued that the competition objectifies women but we will leave you to judge that… Guys?
