A good number of NL females have a strong command of the language. However, only a handful are true grammarians per se. While many of them appear as immune to spelling blunders, they are almost always guilty of murdering semantics...connotative or denotative (whichever comes first). Clearly, this does not suggest any form of academic superiority over the males and vice versa. Such comparison can never really be justified, even through use of polls and/or debates. Such argument would only spur us into a chain reaction of attack and counter-attack. Moreover, it is more destructive than constructive. |
