Nairalanders, I came across OIL PULLING a few months ago online and decided to try it and I’d like everyone give it a try even if you've no health issues. For some people it has cured: Mouth & Gum Disease; Stiff Joints; Allergies; Asthma; High Blood Sugar; Constipation; Migraines; Bronchitis; Eczema; Heart, Kidney, Lung Diseases; Leukemia; Arthritis; Meningitis; Insomnia, etc.

All you need is a spoon of OIL (SUNFLOWER OR SESAME) every morning. I do not sell oil. Sunflower oil is available in the open market and any supermarkets frequented by Indians. HOW TO DO OIL PULLING

Before eating/drinking anything in the morning, move around a tablespoonful of oil (sesame/sunflower) in your mouth for 15 to 20 minutes without swallowing it. Spit it out rinse thoroughly and brush your teeth afterwards.
