+1 handicap for man u means if the game ends 2:2. U win d bet cos d match actually ended 3:2 in your favour. It's like giving Man U +1 goal ahead of chelsea.

-2 (minus 2) handicap for chelsea for example chelsea vs liverpool if d game ends 5-1 in favour of chelsea 2 goals will be substracted from chelseas total goals and d score will be 3-1 you still win your bet. I hope this is helpful enough.

Nope you can give any team the advantage not necessarily the weaker team. Just that stronger teams have small odds compared to the weaker team in the same match. I doubt if u won d match if it's a +1 handicap for manu u lose if it's for chelsea u win same thing for -1 u lose for manu (score 0-3) or win for chelsea (score 1-2).
