I jst completed my undergraduate studies and I wish to apply for my masters abroad then come back to Nigeria after my MSc. for NYSC, but a friend recently informed me about a new NYSC policy which doesn't give room for Nysc if I go for postgraduate studies. Please I need information about this policy and if it is true, Thank you. |
