I will never forget her statement when she lost the World Bank presidency bid
"Even though I didn't win, I am glad that the international community can acknowledge that an African qualified for a position of such repute on merit"

This takes me back to the words of Jesus Christ,
"Only in his hometown, among his relatives and in his own house is a prophet without honor." Mark 6:4
The same Okonjo that some Nigerians would rather hang for her supposed role in the fuel subsidy saga is gathering international accolades and recognitions while the critics are decreasing by the day.
This also collaborates the Words of the Master in Matt 5:11,
"Blessed are you when men shall hate you and revile you, accuse u falsely and say all manner of evil against you..."
Wise people use the stones cast by their enemies at them to build a castle.

These oyinbos and their meaningless compilations. The people on this their so called lists should enjoy the 'Feel good' feeling this will bring to them while it lasts without forgetting that nothing lasts forever and we are all going to die sooner or later. Kudos to people anywhere in the world who are also hardworking and are excelling/excelled in their own fields but haven't been recognized nor mentioned by these oyinbos .
