About the Opportunity
Lampard Hills currently seeking an experienced Manager, Financial and Wealth Services to join their corporate office based in Lagos, Nigeria.
Reporting to the Director, Sales and Member Service, the successful candidate will be a well organized, goal oriented individual with an aggressive, focused and professional approach to the sales culture and promotion of Lampard Hill's full range of products, including credit, savings and investment products.
The successful candidate will have a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic, fast paced environment while providing leadership and direction to a strong sales team.
You will also meet the following requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent academic studies;(Microbiologist,Biochemist,Chemistry scientist,Mgt.Tech.,Technicians)
• Financial Planning or Securities license a definite asset;
• Proven sales success demonstrated by meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets;
• Credit knowledge;
• Superior organizational and interpersonal skills;
• Strong coaching and presentation skills;
• Proven technical skills and written communication skills to produce accurate, effective reporting and the ability to communicate results; and
• Problem solving and decision-making abilities.
