Thanks, flange. I have done the reg on ets website, but no centre came out. And they dnt accept cards from nigeria. What should i do?

Yes that's true they don't accept cards from nigeria except u have someone with a foreign card that's ow Topeajis did his ..
But ill advice why not register with the B2 consultant guy its 30k plus a kaplan CD he did mine for me
Becuz doing it urse its $175 plus an extra charge almost $200 still think about it . If no ill invite tope to help u out

I'm appling to hamburg university( they said admission starts April),Rhine wall starts in May, those are the only schools completely in English. Then duisburg Essen uni. has both in English/german they said admission is still on till july then Aachen university of applied science too till winter so I have till March next year to register for 3 month German class before I apply .
JuSt want to get this toefl first so I can get ready for the admission you need to get the samek questions asap because it is needed. So what about your own admission ?

Please i need help in securing an Undergraduate Admission in any of the Universities in Germany that do not charge tuition fees and also do not require TOEFL OR IELTS. The language of instruction for their courses should be in English as well .. I wrote my O'level in 2005..
