Dambaba Suntai the Governor of Taraba State was today killed in an aircrash at the Yola airport in Adamawa state. The governor died in a small plane piloted by him. His remains remains at the crash site as at the time of breaking this news. read more @ www..com |

A northern governor is believed to be aboard the plane Reports from Yola, the Adamawa State capital, indicate that an airplane has crashed while approaching the Yola International Airport. Details of the incident is sketchy at this time, but witnesses said the plane looks small, like a non-commercial private jet, and crashed just behind the NNPC depot in the town. There are reports that a northern governor was one of the passengers on the ill-fated plane but we are unable to confirm that at this point.
