$39.99. Paid with my GTBank Dollar Visa card but I expect the Naira Mastercard will work too. You won't get Windows cheaper than that

I tried to make the purchase from the microsoft but each time I tried the response was check your payment info and try again. The payment info was ok, unless, perhaps, if gtb naira mastercard is not accepted by them.Of course, I have money in the account. See screen shot of the message.

the billing address you use must be the same as that of the card you are using

from the screenshot you have posted, are you sure that address is the same as the one registered with your card?
