JOB DESCRIPTION
Deploy, maintain, monitor and support all Windows
infrastructure-related activities
Building and configuring systems (hardware,
software, file systems),
Work closely with other departments to identify,
recommend, implement, and support cost-effective
technology solutions in a project oriented
environment.
Manage the design, deployment, monitoring,
maintenance, development, upgrade and support of
all Windows servers, hardware, software and
peripherals.
Manage the design, deployment, monitoring,
maintenance, development, upgrade and support of
all VMWare systems.
Benchmark, analyze and report on the Windows and
VMWare infrastructure and systems.
Keep current with the latest technologies; willing to
accept future training and certification.
Practice asset management for Windows hardware,
software and equipment and ensure that IBM asset
management policies are adhered to by the team.
Act as member of a ticket queue system to address
and resolve day to day support requests from the
business.
Manage and support MS Windows architecture and
system level resources.
Hardware and peripheral installation, maintenance.
Automation and scripting
On-call availability.
Platform Capacity Utilization Administration.
Change Management and Platform Optimization.
Take the lead on Business Systems services projects.
Liaise with third party support vendors for the
support contract execution/implementation.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years experience in MS Windows platforms.
At least 2 years experience in .ITIL
At least 2 years experience in VMWare ESX / ESXi
and Virtual Center.
At least 2 years experience in Windows architecture
and system level resources
At least 2 years experience in IP networks and
principals
At least 2 years experience in Microsoft Office
At least 2 years experience in Project Management
English: Fluent
Preferred:
Master's Degree
At least 3 years experience in MS Windows platforms.
At least 3 years experience in .ITIL.
At least 3 years experience in VMWare ESX / ESXi
and Virtual Center.
At least 3 years experience in Windows architecture
and system level resources
At least 3 years experience in IP networks and
principals
At least 3 years experience in Microsoft Office
At least 3 years experience in Project Management
