am once dir staff,dey ll giv u 3 days trainin without allowance, after dat dey ll send u outside 2 luk for customer. Dir work is strictly on commission. I spent just 3 mnths wit them witout pay,and evry tuesday u ll b goin 4 meetin wit ur money. U can accept dat job if u fink u can mak sales.

Thanks for your Replies but at AIICO Insurance you have the option to work as a staff and get paid monthly or work as a marketing manager and earn commission. and many people usually go for the marketing manager option as it gives you a more advantage of earning more and having more time to do other programs.

Its Insurance policies and packages are the best to market if you are getting into it but if you want to be staffed by AIICO then you can opt for that. So you have the option of being staffed or to work as a marketing manager. And the pays are good compared to others.
