The site is still having issues. I clicked on it now and I saw something like cPanel and WHM on it. I guess the webmaster is still working on it. I'll recommend it for frontpage once the site starts going.

u can appLy onlyn firzt...then save ur data
they will provide u with a serial number and reference number that u can use for the completion of ur application.

Print out the pay4me slip then use ur transaction id to pay into any of their designated banks using ur transaction id

U can onLy buy the fOrm when u hve cOmpleted the application...nd only ur pin nd serial numba will alLow u to buy the fOrm frm d bank.


When u hve done that use d pin on the card the bank gave u to print out the Local government attestation fOrm nd Ð parents guardian form.

Submit ur fOrm onLyn ß4 december 7 then u are good 2 gO.

if u have compLeted d registration...jst print out the pay4 me sLip

take it to any of those banks nd pay the sum of #900 naira


#400 for the transaction

then u will get ur appLicant id...once u'hve done that take it to the cyßer nd do d rest urself.
