Qualifications
1. General manager
• A good first degree in civil engineering
• A post graduate degree in any of the managements is an added advantage
• Membership of a professional body
• Certificate in AutoCAD and vast experience in its application
• Minimum of five years working experience involving various fields in the construction industry within a multinational company
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Age between 30 and 38 years
2. Quantity Surveyors (2)
• A higher national diploma in quantity surveying
• Proven record of three working experience with in a construction company
• Good knowledge of accepted QS bills of quantities and standards
• Age between 25 to 30 years

Job Requirement
1. General Manager
• Managing a team of construction professionals
• Overseeing quality of service delivery
• Driving productivity and sales performance of the entire organization
• Maintaining and forming relationships with customers in construction and several industrial sectors

2. Quantity surveyors
• Our clients are looking for an experience quantity with proven experience in the construction environment
• Reporting to the project you will be expected to mange the commercial and contractual issues of a given project in accordance with the company policies and procedures
• Will need to have a proven ability in maintaining positive relationships with both clients and the supply chain
