The person will undertake administrative and supervision / construction of all construction activities.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare site document ,Manage men and material for construction
2. Liaise with client representative on inspection and other requirement and Maintain daily activity log and site records
3. Ensure construction activities comply to stipulated standard of quality, time and Report construction progress
4. Ensure that construction schedules are maintained, Ensure scope of work is delivered on site and Maintain budget estimates
Qualifications:
1. B Sc, HND in building/civil engineering / Electrical engineering related fields with 2-5 years experience in site work.
2. Experience of Telecom site build with be added advantage
3. Should be result oriented work with less supervision and Excellent English verbal and with good interpersonal and communication ability.

Business Development
Requirements:
1. Locating new construction opportunities, developing relationships with owners/contacts.
2. Preparing proposals in response to a (RFPs) and Making formal presentations to owners/
3. Understanding, negotiating and writing contracts for all projects and Assisting in developing annual sales plans
Qualifications:
1. BSc, HND in engineering or related fields with 3 years experience

Logistic Officer
Duties:
1. Carryout the functions of supply, transportation and delivery monitor and ensure delivery as completed
2. Liaise with project team to receive logistic directive and properly document receipt, acquisition issue, storage and disposal.

Qualifications:

Accountant
The person must be able to account for all processes in the office.
Requirements:
1. Develop accounting process to capture day to day activities, prepare payments and ensure that payments are in line with policies
2. Implementing and rolling out standard cost systems, preparing weekly, monthly and yearly account reports
3. Tracking invoices, receipts and other inventories, preparing bank reconciliation and supervising account payable and receivable.
Qualifications:
1. BSc, HND in accounting with 3years experience, and work with less supervision and excellent English verbal communication skills

AutoCAD Technicians
Requirement:
Prepare As-built documents, documentation, storage of drawing logs, receives, prepare all site drawings and project documentation.
Qualification
