So while other Nigerian will get N6.35 kobo.. , People in the Niger delta will get N22,400 while Niger delta Militia will get N4,400,000
Can you prove the above? You will have to provide verifiable data as you now that satellite technology is inadequate for this kind of analysis.

The problem with your prescription is that, they will take N1billion and also continue their killings which accompany bunkering activities - but can you put a price on the loss of life which accompanied their terrorist acts? The killings have reduced and you'd agree with me that life is priceless.
