Best SWTOR Republic Trooper Build
The Vanguard is the Republic Trooper's advanced class that utilizes a blaster rifle for DPS as well as armor and heavy shields to tank heavy incoming damage.

The Vanguard has three talent trees for you to spec into. They are the Tactic talent tree (for DPS), Shield Specialist talent tree (for tanking) and Assault Specialist (shared DPS talent tree with Commando).
