If the card is attached to an account then withdrawal is possible.

If not, then the card is like a CLOSE( a street without that uses one end as entry and exit)

You have to inquire from the bank very well before accepting that card.

I remember that some years back, i got a card form Zenith Bank( WEB SURFER) that i could only use for payments.

Not all credit cards accept payments INTO them.

funding with a mastercard is possible. but withdrawing from it, as in the case of GTB is not working, i do not know about Zenith, but i believe their own will allow withdrawal into the card. in an event you cant withdraw into it, use agent or wire transfer.

Actually.....you are right. They mean almost the same thing.....but are not the same thing.

I'm actually trying to avoid typing long grammer inside here thats why I've not posted the difference.
