What i'm trying to figure out is simple..
Does anyone know how to CHMOD 666 ?

Depends. Where do you want to change it in (cpanel, etc)?

Yes...It's supposed to be on localhost but ofcourse i use shared hosting so i guess it has to be on cpanel.

Goto "File Manager" under cPanel and right-click on the desired file, choose "Permissions" in the context menu that comes up and set the desired file permission.

Was also wondering why 666 too.
Its best practice to keep all files in the public_html at 644 and folders at 755, except otherwise stated or needed.
