Our client, a financial advisory services firm under the regulation of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Nigeria is in need of Accountants.




Responsibilities

•Maintain and submit finance and accounting records.

•Prepare budgets.

•Review of reconciliation, support documents and requests for payments.

•Supervise junior accountants.

•Preparation of staff payroll.

•Will be in charge of accounting books of records.

•Other duties as assigned.





Qualifications and Requirements:

•B.Sc or HND, preferably in Accounting, Economics, Business Management or related fields

•ICAN, ACCA or other relevant accounting qualification will be an added advantage

•1-2 years post-qualification experience

•Experience performing all accounting and tax functions for a firm would be an added advantage

•Demonstrated financial skills in cost/budgeting

•Ability to use financial and cost analysis tools is highly desirable

•Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills

•Computer literate (Word / Excel / Power point)
