why will god send any of his creature to hell, to be tormented for eternity when the bible said, his mercy endureth for ever?

PEOPLE SEND THEMSELF TO HELL
HE DOES NOT WANT US TO GO THERE, SO HE TOLD US HOW TO AVOID THE TERRIBLE PLACE, BUT WE REJECTED IT

god is dumb, action-less and without ability.

If God does not want his creation in Hell, why did he create it? How do people send themselves to Hell? We don't have the power to do that. God might not like sending us there, but because he is holy, he must send us there because of our action. We certainly deserve Hell, but we cannot put ourselves there, God has to send us there.
