@bimcy I did customer relationship management and hse, dey asked mostly from crm,,lots of ques from dia,,wat is customer service, how do u calm a customer u were avin difficulties wit? Wat is escalation procedure, wat is a unique seling point etc,,
Den about hse,,how do u prevent hazard from hapening in an office then explain briefly about trip and fall..

They said after medicals dey will contact us when training skul will start,,thank u guys once again

Nb: most of us that made the interview stages 2day were gatecrashers,,even they said it themselves dt dey r hapi dey alowed us write d test. I scored 25/50 tou,,ma friends 26 & 30 respectively..

Kindly do well 2 alert d house if DB decides 2 conduct another test in Ibadan. 2 ansa ur question,I think DB's training schl last 4 65days with 2 wks branch attachement. I'm not sure if d branch attachment duration is part of d 65days tho. training I heard holds Mon-Sat(8am-6pm)each day. Hope dis helps a bit?

Am a female o!! Lol..its just Gods favour,,I applied and applied last year for diamond test but I was not kald in lagos,,,luckily I was told about dis test in ibadan and I left lagos to gatecrash,,its just a good risk..

Reminds me of d@ Okey Bakassi's movie 'Pam pam'. Pam pam pam u wrote nd passed d test, pam pam pam u scaled thru d interview sessions..... Medicals. God is truly @ wk. Moral: God can change ur story in a space of seconds. U weren't even invited, yet u gate crashed, ddn't only gate crash, u excelled. Hapi 4 u dear. Still waitn patiently....

Dis username sounds familiar lol. well a banker frnd told me dat db pays 80k for training n btw 240-248k after comfirmation while gtb is 70k n btw 198-208k afta confirmation. they r two great banks with exciting career opportunities so i'd advice u to pray well over them.

@doyexy, DB is d highest paying bank now. I suspect u wil b goin for trainin @ Abj by endin of february or begining of march cos a set is rounding up. In terms of pay, no bank is anywhere near DB except gtb. But stil DB pays 35k higher dan dem so u can imagine wt its like.

Those that did medicals in ABJ December haven't gone for training yet. So your deductions regarding the training timetable might not be 100% correct...Wish everybody luck wo! And remember not to forget those still trying to find their feet!

Sashaa, I think Ɣ‎​☺U̶̲̥̅̊ might be wrong. The DB staff said 28yrs during our test and I think they even stopped some ppl 4rm d test who were up to 30,but I may be wrong.

We were told 30 last week saturday
