Apply For Afrika Kommt: German Industry Initiative For Africans 2013-2015


Africa Kommt is a 12 months program during which you will stay in Germany for the duration of the program. It comprises of 9-month internship n one of the participating companies and a 3-month language course making it 12 months. The practical training will give the participants the opportunity to gain experiences regarding management practices and economic, social and organizational change processes in the respective company.

The details of the scholarship are:
1. Airfare to Germany
2. Travel and accommodation cost in Germany
3. Living allowance
4. Fees for German Language courses
5. International Management Training course
6. Health, accident and liability insurance
7. Relocation fee


QUALIFICATION:

*B.Sc in a relevant engineering discipline ( Mechanical, chemical, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, electrical), Business Administration, Sales, Computer science.
*Post graduate degree like Msc/MBA is an added advantage
*2-5 years working experience
*Good communication skills
*Excellent English language skills
*Willingness to learn German language
