. Acquisition Agent:
• Must be a female graduate of law or economics of not more than 25years with 2-5years experience in real estate brokerage and investment
• Ability to identify, source and collate asset and match with client requirements
• Ability to conduct viewings, handle negotiations, facilitate exchange of contracts and all transactional documents and coordinate the closing process
• Liaises with external service providers i.e. lawyers, co-agents, mortgage companies, etc to assist with the acquisition process
• Forward and fast-thinking with sound use of initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in the real estate sector would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of legal framework in real estate acquisition is a must.
• Good communication (both written and oral) and numeracy skills

2. Syndication Coordinator
• Must be a graduate of Economics or Finance (Male or Female) with 2-5 years experience in asset investment environment.
• Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
• Must be able to aggregate/source funds from prospective syndicate members for purpose of investing in the real estate sector.
• Must have good financial planning, risk management, cash flow analysis, revenue projections skills.
• Must be able to design financial models suited to each syndicate and asset type.
• Good presentation and communication skills (both written and oral), must be client centric with a sales mindset.
• Must be able to manage people and portfolio in designated syndicates
• Overall coordination and management skills is a must.
