honestly a well known and genuine agent would never ask for N500 or N1000 before showing a prospective tenant a house. after using credit to call u and seun gave u a free advert space on nairaland, u should be reasonable enough to reciprocate by being gentle. what will N1000 do to your lives? a jide taiwo, diya fatimilehin, ubosi eleh, ismail and partners dont have hungry agents that demand N1000 to conduct inspection |

#500 and #1,000 is even small. D one I met yestrday said I hav to register wit #5,000 before he can help me search for house. Dt I can see he's using his credit to make a lot of phone calls. |

I went to ifako yesterday, picked up a local agent and went in my car round different places without dropping 1 naira. At the end, i gave the guy N500 willingly. |
