That nothwitstanding, I have watched Maku entertain questions on his tenure as Deputy. I remember particularly how he said that he moved a memo at SEC meeting proposing the establishment of Nassarawa State University. He gave a vivid account of how he struggled thru thick and thin to set up the university and today, the University is running and producing graduates.

Im happy you admitted that the report is rubbish. Isn't it testamentary of Maku's wholesome integrity that the reporter could not find something substantial to accuse him of?
At a time when Ministers are being linked with massive corruption running into billions, the only allegation that they could throw at Maku is that he failed to pay a journalist 100 thousand Naira as proceeds from an imaginary monetization of goodwill messages from State Governors visited.
That tells you a lot about the Integrity of Maku.
