1. PERSONNEL MANAGERS:
• B.Sc., B.A Degree or HND in Business Admin, Public Admin or any of the Social Sciences
• Membership of relevant professional Body (added advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years on- the- job experience in the middle level management cadre, especially in a medium/large manufacturing company.
• Must not be above 45 years old

2. PRODUCTION MANAGERS (Foods)
• B.sc., HND (Chemistry, Bio-chemistry, Food Science &Tech).
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a medium/large company in the Food Industry in a Senior level cadre.
• Must not be above 45 years.

3. ACCOUNTANT
• B.Sc., or HND in Accounting or Chartered Accountancy.
• Membership of relevant professional Body like ICAN or ANAN (Chartered preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years on- the- job experience in a medium/large manufacturing company.
• Reasonable working knowledge on MS Office. Exposure to any ERP will be added advantage.
