This is no joking matter! Nigeria needs a clear cut national policy on the utility of all recovered loots from government purse. Such monies should immediately be converted to building of specific national infrastructures in the country . There should be a national trust comprising of men of proven intergrity to administer this conversion. This is the sure way to make sense of all these repatration of stolen wealth from foreign lands. Otherwise it would only mean the recovery from one thief and committal to another thief.Nigeria cannot continue like this. It is a pity that those who lay claim to fighting corruption in this country have no convincing proof to show the people.
