HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT NEEDED IN A PRINTING COMPANY IN SURULERE


Job Description
• Prepare schedules of remittances to PFAs
• Process the registration of new staff with PFAs of their choices
• Assist the separated staff on needed documentations from the employer
• Liaise with the Accounts Department to obtain cheques of the pension contribution deductions
• Supports the HR Manager in the design of an annual training plan, in its implementation and monitoring
• Updates the database of training delivered to any staff in an on-going manner
• Ensures any other administrative tasks related to HR
• Ensures the dispatching of phone calls and letters received by the company, as well as recording
• Assist in other HR functions

Qualification
• OND/HND/BSC in Business Administration/Public Administration/Human Resources
• 2-3 years Experience as an HR Admin Asst/Officer
• Have formal knowledge of the HR Policy and procedures
• Good knowledge of manpower management
• Must be computer literate
• Sound administrative background
• Have the ability to communicate well at all levels, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Start-off remuneration: N960,000 per annum
