I am ge[color=#990000][/color]tting really FED UP with PHCN power supply. The VERY CRAZY bills keep coming but no light for over 2 months now. Ok let the goodluck govt sell to us ,the prepaid meters so that we can restructure our consumption  But I understand from PHCN insiders that there will be no more distribution of prepaid meters untill the goodluck tenure expires.!!!!
