The Flying Eagles got a relatively easy draw on Sunday when they were group alongside Mali, debutants Gabon and DR Congo in Group B of the African Youth Championship holding in Algeria in March next year. Hosts of the tournament, Algeria, got a tough group, lining up against 2009 U-20 World Cup champions, Ghana, Egypt and Benin Republic. Nigeria are the defending champions after winning the tournament in South Africa in 2011 but will need to be in the semi-finals to pick a ticket to the U-20 World Cup in 2013 in Turkey.
