Hello everyone, I need your urgent help!!! Yesterday night I downloaded the updated version 7 of the new BBM and installed it on my phone and after I restarted d phone it requests for my appword login and that's where I'm having a problem and I can't seem to remember my password and as I try to recover my password it requests for my "Pet name" which also I can't seem to remember. Pls I need your help on what to do... Thanks PS: d phone is curve 9360 i.e curve4 |

Lmao... Funny enough I tried bingo and it still dnt work.. I just dnt want 2 wipe that's d problem. Currently I dnt have where 2 back up. |

am sorry about that ,next time make sure you install blackberry protect login with email and email password ,with that it will be backing all contact messages etc for life to other bb devices |
