is currently seeking the services of an experienced builder and architect.

Builder Requirements:

1. must be a graduate and must have completed NYSC.
2. minimum of 2 years experience
3. ability to interprete drawings
4. good attitude & strong work ethics
5. demonstrate ability to lead and influence
6. strong communication and anlytical skills
7. ability to work in a team and/ or unsupervised
8. physical fitness as practical work is involved


Architect Requirements:

1. must be a graduate in relevant field
2. minimum of 2 years experience
3. proficient in 3D visuals, AUTOCAD and other relevant software
4. ability to comprehend and design architectural details
5. excellent rendering skills
6. ability to interpret architectural design properly
7. posses excellent design creativity, flair and positive attitude with first
8. class eye for design details
9. should be able to produce as an individual or as a team
10. must be able to work with speed and meet deadlines and produce
in a fast paced environment
