                      The series of Private Placement, being carried out by most companies,this day calls for serious attention,by the relevant authorities in the capital market. Though it is true, that Private Placement,is not regulated by any standard or authority,rather it is more of a private contract btw the offerer[company] and the offeree[subscriber].
   However the abuse of this privilege,by some companies,is really unethical and discouraging, hence i think an act should be included in the law regulating the capital market, to provide a mandatory period within which such Private Placement should be concluded and subsequently be listed on the flour of the Nigerina Stock Exchange.
