I think you are wrong, the thing is when there is an element of truth in what we say, people tend to take that as harshness and brutality/trying to pave way/boycott somethings, which is completely wrong. Also it depends on those at the receiving end, perhaps the way each of those at the receiving end take things, for some, they don't care, while most actually do.
