[color=#006600]We wish to congratulate Miss Shotade Gbemisola the Nigerian leggy beauty who emerged as the winner of the Miss Tourism United Nations World finals.

Shotade Gbemisola who originally is Nigeria's international delegate to Miss United Nations Pageant but couldn't participate in the pageant which held in Maimi was offered an opurtunity to represent Nigeria alongside Miss Dolapo Miriki Aluko (Miss Tourism United Nations Nigeria), but the later arrived Jamaica for the pageant late due to delays in the issuing of Visa by the Jamaican high commission, she fell sick on arrival in Kingston cause of jet-lag after traveling for two days on air and therefore couldn't participate in the world finals.

But we are full of joy that the winner of the world finals is another beautiful Nigerian and this goes to say that Nigerians are indeed beautiful people, but we are also good people.

Miss Dolapo will continue her reign as Miss Tourism United Nations Nigeria as enshrined in her contract with the franchise owners (MultiKoncepts Pageantry).

Both categories of the United Nations Pageants system is one family under the able leadership of its founder/international Director Mr. L. N. Williams and we work together to promote the far reaching objectives of the pageant. We in the Nigerian Team are particularly excited as we wish our international winner all the best and we assure her of our partnership during her reign as international Queen.
